Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

Physiotherapy is a rehabilitation science which aims at maximizing the functional potential of an individual who has a disease dysfunction or injury. It aims to promote health and fitness in every individual’s life. The spacious physiotherapy department, spread over 1000 sq ft, is a gateway to the path of better health and fitness.

The Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation is well equipped with latest equipment working on various sub specialties of physiotherapy. We have qualified, experienced and well trained team of physio and occupational therapist to providing OPD Services and IPD Services (in wards and intensive care units) with treatment procedure of international standards to offer a multifaceted approach to the patient’s rehabilitation.

Our vision is to provide wide range of physical medicine and rehabilitation services as an integral part of the hospital. Our scope encompasses remedial care for stroke patients, children with cerebral palsy and chronic pain. A key feature of the centre is the ability to manage diseases related to ageing and it works towards getting elders back on their feet, at the earliest.
