Dr. Akanksha Garg is presently associated with Zydus Cancer Hospital as a full-time consultant Hemato-oncology & Bone Marrow Transplant. She has more than 10 years’ experience in the field of both adult and pediatric blood disorders including cancer of the blood and lymph nodes. She has special interest in hemoglobinopathies like thalassemia and sickle cell disease and coagulation disorders like Hemophilia.

Previously she has gained rich experience at premier institutes like GCRI Ahmedabad and AIIMS Jodhpur.

She has performed nearly 100 stem cell transplants at GCRI Ahmedabad and has also done observership from Institut Gustave Roussy, France and Universitatsklinikum, Frankfurt Germany.

She has keen interest in research and has participated in various CMEs and conferences as faculty.
