Dr. Prutha Patel is a Consultant Medical Oncologist and Hemato-Oncologist associated with Zydus Hospitals Vadodara, bringing with her a wealth of experience spanning over a decade. As a child, Dr Prutha sadly lost her grandfather to cancer. It sparked her interest in medicine which ultimately motivated her to pursue her graduate and postgraduate medical degrees from Baroda Medical College. She began her professional career as a senior resident in the Department of Medicine at SSG Hospital. Her perpetual interest in treating cancer led her to study DM Medical Oncology at the prestigious Sri Aurobindo Institute of Medical Sciences in Indore. During her academic pursuit, Dr. Prutha has briefly served at the Deke Slayton Cancer Cancer Center in Texas (USA), and the esteemed Tata Memorial Hospital in Mumbai. She has also contributed to various research projects, both within India and internationally, which have earned her numerous accolades
